2. Booking & Packages
How can I book a class?
All classes can be booked directly through our website and must be reserved in advance.
Clients may choose to purchase a class package or reserve a single session individually.
Please note that class packages operate through a credit-based system, where one credit corresponds to one class within the selected category. Credits are valid only for the package type purchased and cannot be shared across different class categories.
Payment Policy
All classes and sessions must be paid in advance through our website.
For walk-in clients, payments may be completed at the studio using Visa or MasterCard. Kindly note that cash payments are not accepted.
Waiting List & Class Availability
Class availability is subject to capacity and booking confirmation.
Please note that purchasing a package does not guarantee access to fully booked classes. In the event of cancellations or availability adjustments, priority may be given based on booking availability and studio scheduling.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All class packages are valid for two (2) months from the date of purchase.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward future purchases or transferred to another client.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a client is medically unfit to participate in classes, supported by an official medical certificate.
3. Studio Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule a group class booking, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, this policy is essential to ensure the smooth operation of the studio, respect our instructors’ schedules, and accommodate clients on the waiting list.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited, whether booked as part of a package or as a single class purchase.
Arrival Policy
We kindly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class to allow time to settle in comfortably.
Please note that late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the session has begun, and the reserved spot may be released to the first client on the waiting list.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participating in class.
